Each candle comes with a removable warning label sticker underneath the jar. As stated on the warning label, please burn within sight, keep away from flammable objects, and keep away from children and pets.
The wick is pre-trimmed before arrival, meaning the wick does not have to be trimmed to 1/4 before lighting as instructed on warning label.
Additionally, the warning label states not to burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time and to stop usage when 1/4 of wax remains to prevent the glass from shattering or from causing a fire hazard.
If the customer does not adhere to burning instructions, flair is not liable to damages as this was negligence of the consumer. As well as, stated on the warning label provided on every candle.

At flair, we use 100% soy wax to make our candles. As paraffin wax contains artificial and toxic substances, which fill your home when burned.

At flair, we value sustainability and eco-friendly materials. Therefore, we have integrated biodegradable packing peanuts. As well as, promote the reuse of jars for home décor items such as:
-a vessel for succulents
-organizational jars for office supplies
-organizational jars for bathroom supplies
Those are just a few ideas to reuse and recycle materials! In the near future, flair strives to implement more sustainable resources and greener alternatives.

The recommended burn time for any candle is no longer than four hours at a time. Each candle comes with a warning label attached with further instructions on how to take care of your candle and avoid negligence.

There are several ways to thoroughly clean your jars to repurpose and reuse them. Our preferred method that we find the easiest is, placing your candle in the freezer for a few hours to let the remaining wax harden. Once the wax hardens, carefully remove the remaining wax and wick with your kitchen utensil of choice. Then wash jar with warm water and dry to successfully reuse. Here is another method of removal:
-Boil hot water and pour the water into the jar, allow it to cool off, and the wax will slowly float to the top of the water surface.
Please be cautious and careful when removing wax from your jar!

When lighting your candle for the FIRST time, we highly recommend allowing your candle to burn for at least 2 hours. This allows the top of the wax to completely burn and prevent any tunneling within the surface of the wax.
We also recommend trimming your wick with every burn; removing the charred end which impedes burning.
Lastly, if you are reaching the last of your candle wax, we recommend to discontinue use. If the candle is burned with 1.5cm or less of wax remaining, this could lead to the jar shattering and causing a fire hazard.

Flair candles are not entirely comprised of essential oils. However, several of our fragrances are infused with natural essential oils.

At flair, we base our shipping prices in accordance to USPS shipping rates.

No, we unfortunately do not offer shipping internationally. As we are a small and new business, we hope and strive to eventually be able to ship internationally.

Our shipping time ranges depending on location. However, our standard shipping time is between 3-5 days. If you are experiencing difficulties tracking your package, contact us at infoflairfragrances@gmail.com. We will gladly help and provide the information needed.

Once an order is placed, the candle will ship with a note containing the day you can burn it. For fragrance to properly develop and strengthen, it takes two weeks to cure.

You can view your order status through the tracking number provided after purchase. If you have difficulties finding or were not provided with a tracking number, we will gladly help provide you with that information.

When you pre-order a candle the process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks as the materials have to ship, the candles must cure for 2 weeks, and for us to ship to you. Our standard shipping time is between 3-5 days.

We offer a range of different events from weddings to birthday’s, baby showers, themed parties, anniversaries, etc. If you can dream it, we can make it happen despite the occasion.
With this being said, there is not a set quote for events as they vary on size and request. When an event is inquired, we work collaboratively to create a personalized aesthetic, scent, and budget.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, a refund will be applicable if the product(s) are damaged during shipment. In order for the refund to be processed, photographic proof of damage must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Similarly, we cannot change an order unless it has not been shipped, is in inventory, and is the same price as previous order.
